NOT CLEAN! We love the food at Chipotle and almost always have a good or decent experience. Today however we arrived at 11:00 a.m. and there was only one person working the line. He put on a fresh pair of gloves prepared the customers food for the guy right in front of us, check them out at the register and then came back to prepare our food with the same dirty gloves. I said can I ask you to please put on a fresh pair of gloves? I fully expected him to say oh thanks for the reminder I forgot it's so busy I'm working alone whatever. Instead I can tell I pissed him off and he pulled his gloves off put new gloves on and then looked at me and said "what do you need?"
To which I said - never mind thank you and left and drove to the Mandeville location. In Mandeville there was only one person working the line at 11:30 in the morning and the young man working the line did the exact same thing.

And they overcharge just for some rice and beans, not once but three times. this is our third bad experience so I'm leaving a review to just say that I wouldn't go here again at all they took my food and put it behind the counter because they thought that I didn't pay for it /hadn't when I had paid for it and we were polite enough to let another customer go in front of us and she sat there and talk bad about us to the customer apologizing for us when we were polite enough to let her go in front of us and they wouldn't give us our food until after that customer had left, which they had put behind the counter even after like I said having already paid for it. but every time I've gone in there the food has been different prices which the only time it should have been different was when I added queso to my thing and I understand that being more but like they always charge us different prices for the same things. Read moreEvery time I’ve eaten there the new manager has made sure all the employees are afraid make your order right I literally see the fear in their eyes, Every time I order it’s made skimpy I ask for a little more, they ask do you want double protein and of course I declined I will not pay for something that is supposed to be standard with the order. On a few occasions he tried charging me for fajita vegetables when I told him fajita vegetables are free he told me he owns the store and he charges you for them, I usually get them on the side which is supposed to be free in the bowl or on the side so I stopped ordering them on the side, because again I refuse to pay for something that is meant to be free I’m guessing he does that to skim and pocket money from the organization. Something has to be done about that guy. I’m not the only person who’s been wronged I hate to stop eating there but until something is done I can not and will not continue eating there.
