Daiquiris & Creams - Covington — Restaurant in Louisiana

It was tradition for my family to get a gallon of the Eggnog daiquiri the day after Thanksgiving every year and put our tree up while enjoying the Eggnog. It was always delicious! This year, I went through the drive through, got my gallon and went home. When the family ALL took our first sips we spit it back out it was so awful. Tasted like snot. When I tried to bring the gallon back to either return it, ask for a refund or even a different flavor, the OWNER "Jen" didn't apologize, all she did was say that she was NOT going to refund me, not give me a new gallon, not give me a different flavor. There was nothing she was going to do. She couldn't care less, and only wanted to defend herself and say her batch wasn't bad. We will NEVER GO BACK there again, the owner knows NOTHING about customer service, clearly!!!! Looking forward to giving our business to New Orleans Daiquiris in Mandeville from this...

Absolute trash. If you're going to ask for any type of liquor, for the love of God please make sure you ask them to measure it in a measuring device )which is something called a jigger). Some people like the free pour because they actually know how, this place does not. Make sure they fill the jigger to the top, and then pour it into your drink before they charge you premium prices for next to nothing. I asked for a double vodka and got less than a single.

Edited: I guess I should’ve read the last two reviews and I guess it’s pretty obvious.. Received sour tasting mudslide, customer service was a joke, the lady bartender stated it doesn’t expire until 2/6 & then she said it’s hardly any left, I’m like maybe that’s why it tastes ratchet. I won’t be back to this location for sure. My large daiquiri was untouched and not offered...
