Four Seasons Buffet — Restaurant in Louisiana

The food wasnt bad But the atmosphere was disgusting & DISSAPOINTING. 1ST THE REST ROOMS WERE FILTHY and Smelled of Urine, hand towels ALLl over floor, obviously small children unattended by adult supervision once again. 2ND THE BUFFET SUPPLIED PLASTIC GLOVES TO PATRONS TO USE,WHICH Mybe q0 customers used out of a full table restyrant..People are very unsanitary at most buffets--your touching ALL the Serving Spoons, still with Covid issues prevalent. THE WORSE IS MANAGEMENT NOT POST A SIGN STATING "NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 ALLOWED TO SERVE THEMSELVES " ADULTS LET THEIR KIDS RUN ALL THRU THE RESTURnt, tasting desserts and putting them vack...The most disturbing & disgusting is kids helping themselves to the ice cream buffet.., digging ing each flavor ,mixing flavors in each of the differ flavors witout washing the spoon off is ridiculous, even by adults who werent raised any better or dont care. THE CHILDREN ARE CONSTANTLY DIGGING IN ICE CREAM, TASTING ICE CREAM , LICKING SPOON, THEN GO ONE TO ANOTHER FLAVOR, I WISH I WOULD HAVE Tken & posted pictures, 1 lil girl all but climbed into the freezer , haIr hanging ,trying to reach scoop she dropped. I told the girl she should dip spoon in water before getting another flavor, too my suprise her parent was standing their allowing such actions. THEY SAID THEIR JUST A CHILD, RIGHT I Said ,just let them do what they want !! MAYBE AT HOME BUT NOT IN A BUFFET RESTAURANT!!.. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO Supervision at Buffet dishes, if No educated Adult is supervising. MANAGERS NEED TO POST SIGNS ON DOOR BEFORE FAMILIES COME IN & Post signs on each buffet station stating NO Children are allowed to serve themselves, thats the Rule..Waiters should tell parents children are not allowed to touch any of the serving spoons, parents will place food on childs plate...we had 6 adults in our party, 6 that will not be returning anytime soon, if we do, pictures will be posted of unsanitary actions by kids and conditions of ice cream counter...Rating should be Minus 10, Gave a 1 so i could review this Germ Palace...Waiters were nice, efficient, but Need to observe patons and correct to...

Rude staff, dirty plates, and terrible food. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. 1. The food was terrible. I more so ate a sampler plate because everything I ate tasted bad. I stayed at the placed for 30 min-1 hour, near the transition from lunch to dinner. With it being my 1st time at the location and me struggling to find anything worth eating, I continued grabbing food. As I put food on my plate, I heard an older Asian lady speaking in a different language to her staff. The next time I got up, i put 3 items on a plate and saw the man near the cash register (supposedly the manager) following me. He then appeared on side of me saying “that’s dinner food…. I will charge you for it”. I made a comment saying “do you want the plate then??”. He then followed me to my table saying “that’s dinner food…. I will charge you more… if u want seafood, tell me and I will charge you more money..” I have been to buffets before, but I have never experienced anything like that where staff would stalk you and put out “dinner food”. Yet, they would expect you to pay the additional price for the food they chose to replace. Even if you were at the place for less than a hour. 2. They did a terrible job maintaining cleanliness. I saw at least 4 plates with food on them. At some point, I started throwing plates in their bussing buckets. I would not be surprised if someone gets Covid-19 after eating at their establishment. Between the rudeness, bad food, and cleanliness —- I will not be back and I suggest you think twice before giving...

It was delicious,and fresh!! The resturant was clean,the staff was wonderful!! 2020. !New review ,4 years later. This place continues to have good chinese food. The seafood could use a little more spice, but its fresh. They constantly are never letting anything run out. The staff is just friendly, welcoming, pleasant, the waitresses check with you often, do you need anything. More drinks. Anything. Very professional and sweet, knowledgeable. When covid shut things down, we ordered the take out they had to do. , when opened back up. The order was ready when they said it would be, hot n fresh .Talk about fill your take out up. We ate for 3 days.it was so good.when buffet opened, you had to wear a mask up to the buffet. The guy in front of my table went to the buffet, without his mask . I told the waitress. Cause noone had seen him. She promptly alerted the manager. He politely went to his table, and told the man, you must mask in here at all times, except when you are eating at your table. Im a retired nurse, and was grateful he did that. And the man did mask at the buffet, next trip. It continues to be very very clean. And very good. I love this place. When i first started going there, it wasnt crowded. Word of mouth got around. Its packed at lunch now. But you get a table fast. I tip the staff very well. They...
