I ordered unsweet Iced Tea and received a very strong black muddy looking coffee on ice instead. (I hate coffee ... it makes me feel sick to my stomach.) When I told Sarah, our Waitress, that it tasted like coffee. She said "Oh, I guess that was Coffee. I thought they had just brewed Tea." I said "I would like a Diet Pepsi instead." When I said that she actually told me "No, I will go brew some tea fresh for you." (At this point I actually wanted the Pepsi to immediately get the taste of the coffee out of my mouth.) But instead I sat for quite a while with the taste of coffee in my mouth until she FINALLY brought me a tea. I took a sip and I could still taste coffee. She said "Is that better?" I said "I will let you know as soon as I get the coffee taste out of my mouth." She brought me my salad. The tomato was not fresh the amount of dressing was not enough for the salad. I had to ask for more dressing. I was not impressed. The rest of my meal came. I had ordered the steak tips and steamed broccoli. My husband's meal came as well. He got a Chicken Sandwich and fries. (The Chicken on his sandwich was a little over cooked.) I gave my husband my steamed broccoli because he likes it (I actually ordered it as my side to give it to him.) I ate my steak tips and I still had my salad to eat but Sarah came to our table saw my broccoli gone (my husband had eaten it already.) and my steak tips almost gone and she said very loudly when she saw my plate "Oh Wow!" (Again, I still had my salad left to eat.) I thought that was a rude thing to say to an adult woman ... it felt like she was saying wow lady you really snarffed that food down. Yet ... I really had only eaten my steak tips at this point. I said out loud "There goes that tip ..." In the end I did not finish my salad because nothing but the red onion and cheese seemed fresh. It was a bad service and a bad experience all around. And ... I did not tip her. (I usually tip very well.) I wrote on my ticket "Wow" ... "We will not be back" ... and ......
Read moreDo not waste your time here. They messed up our order not once, not twice, but 3 times before we gave up and just ate it. We didn’t order anything crazy or special just meals off the menu and they still couldn’t get it right. I did the waitress job myself. I ran back and stood at the kitchen door to try to get our meals fixed and to get refills since our waitress was to busy getting screamed at by the cook who refused to make our food again because it was the waitress fault for not ringing things in right. The manager the whole time just played on her phone and allowed the cook to yell at the waitress loud enough we could hear word from word across the room at our table. Never got a sorry or let me take a meal off since it’s still not right and the cook refused to make it again. Nothing. The only reason I didn’t walk out was because it was late and I had two hungry kids. They have to owners number up for complaints but I have called twice and left messages and no call back. Trying corporate next. Go here at your own risk you will be...
Read moreWorst service I have ever seen. My friend tries to pay his check but there is extra orders on it that changed his bill from $47 to $90. He talks to the manager who proceeded to whine about how much she works as if it’s his problem. This whole issue stemmed from having a waiter who can’t understand simple statements. For instance I asked for two pieces of toast and he brings out and charges me for two orders of toast. As a another example, my other friend orders an eggs Benedict, waiter forgets to put the order in, then comes out with two slices of toast with tomatoes and avocado on top with eggs on the side. The waiter begs my friend to take it because he doesn’t want to get in trouble. My friend takes the food at the promise of a discount on his food, which he doesn’t get. All in all, the waiters should stop taking up all their time socializing if they can’t handle orders, and the manager should treat her customers with a much better service and not trauma dump. Garbage service for mid food at...
