This is not for the store this review is for the manager. I was there with my young child and a man was staring at us, so I asked him what he needed and he pointed at my young child (5) and said I want her (he’s a boy but still) and saying that he wasn’t my child so I asked to speak to a manager about this and he immediately proceeds to say “he’s a paying customer and he’s shopping with his wife there’s nothing I can do” mind you he’s standing in the purses all alone with his wife nowhere to be found. I’m sorry there’s nothing you can do about a grown man coming up to a mom and her child saying he wants the child and saying the child doesn’t belong to the mother? He had an associate come find me in the store because they later found out the man has dementia (which in that case his wife definitely should have been with him, I’ve been in the line of work with dementia patients they are very unpredictable) , but after finding that out I was a lot more calm about that part of the situation. Read moreAbsolutely awful customer experience. The store itself is good but unfortunately I won’t be returning. Claire the store associate rolled her eyes when I asked to see a manager. At first she told me I could return a suitcase I bought that malfunctioned. She asked if I used it and I said no just around my house when I realized the handle only worked sometimes.. She then said since I used it I can’t return it? Then, when i asked to see the the store manager she was incredibly rude and didn’t listen to a word I said. I would’ve probably went and bought an even more expensive suitcase + did more shopping If they would’ve even offered store credit…for a suitcase I tried around my House? but no. Not good service from manager...
Read morePlease be careful and don’t open credit cards with them if you can avoid it. They will trick you in to opening Multiple accounts, Saying that your account is closed and that you have to open a new card. I called customer service to complain and they hung up on me, and basically said that it’s not the associates fault because all they get on their end as decline. Our credit score is excellent, the card was open, and they had my husband open another card because it declined. They didn’t look into anything just assume that it was closed. Now we have multiple accounts and customer service...
