Update 6/27/2023 Everything seems to be better. Orders are usually correct (make sure you check before driving off) if something is wrong, they won't correct the issue. They'll give you a card for a free sandwich. I also noticed (post pandemic) almost no one says "my pleasure" anymore. Heck, there are times they just don't say anything at all. Update: 12/7/2018 Service has been so much better the last few times I have ordered! Anthony (the manager) was very polite and made sure my order was correct.
Compared to the Wexford location, this store is HORRIBLE! There is usually something wrong with our order every time we go there. Usually drive from Cranberry to the Wexford location but tonight we were in that area and in a hurry. First off, I asked for a special chicken order because of my daughters allergies and the girl at the register started grilling me on what those allergies are because they can't make my special order even though they, Wexford and other locations have made it in the past. Ordered a number 1 meal and get home and it's a spicy chicken. Last time, my wife peeled off the outer layer so she could eat it. Called the manager and she sent a coupon for a chicken sandwich. That's their solve all solution. This time I drove back and complained. Anthony (the manager) really had no solution. So he gave me another sandwich. No apology. I will not go back to this location again.
Update 10/27/2018: Just tried the place again because I was getting Moes and my daughter wanted CFA. I left Moes at 7:03. My order was taken at 7:11 at CFA. I didn't leave there with my order until 7:35. Granted I ordered the reg. Chicken nuggets (without the marinade) which takes a little longer. But it shouldn't take 25 minutes. Manager apologized because my order was "bumped" what ever that means. Then to try and satisfy you, they give you those stupid free chicken sandwich cards. That's their solve all for...
Read moreWhoever designed Chick-fil-A's drive through process should be put in charge of the worlds biggest problems, cause no one can get through a drive through line like a Chick-fil-A can. Although I recommend online ordering ahead of time and picking up curbside... Easy, fast, and, as always, delicious. Friendly staff (everything is their pleasure 😂).
Dropped my straw when getting a milkshake from curbside once and a whole different employee than the one who brought it out managed to not only notice that, but brought me out a new one. Any time there's been an issue with wrong or missing food(which is bound to happen at any fast food joint, let's not kid ourselves) they have corrected and/or compensated for the mistake.
Also their rewards system is a must if you eat their fairly regularly. And when you have a kindergartener who wants Chick-fil-A nugget kids meals for breakfast lunch and dinner and no time to cook, than yeah, youre there a lot. Earn points which add up for redeemable food or drink items rewards, and it doesn't take a gazillion points and five years to have enough points for a small cup of water (like most places 'reward' systems). They actually add up fairly quickly, and ocassionaly they even put through free items or offers that are good for a certain amount of time for different promotions. Both the chain and then there are location specific ones that come through as well for the different ones you've...
Read moreThis is a negative review because this isn't the first time this happened to me at this location.
After ending my meal at approximately 10:30am, I walked to the front counter for a refill of water, however, of the 6 or 7 CFA employees that were standing around none acknowledged me. The lobby was virtually empty. I saw someone in a green shirt (maybe a supervisor?) who was with another employee who I think was clocking in but she didn't have her uniform on, but she saw me thinking one of the Red shirt CFA staff would assist me since no one was busy or with customers, they were just chit chatting, but after 20-30 seconds waiting for assistance Shay came to assist me.
I don't mind being extra patient when someone is busy assisting others but when I had to wait and wait and wait when within 5-8 feet of me and I was being ignored. That's a problem.
This was not a welcoming experience as I'm used, and I've noticed customer service at most CFA locations in Wexford and Cranberry are diminishing. There's a blonde over 40 mgr who my wife noticed who doesn't greet anyone nor uses the well known "My Pleasure" everytime we dine here. Maybe she doesn't like her job? But she never smiles nor seems courteous.
I see this happening more and more at this CFA and I've started dining at other local eateries instead who value...
