Had the worst customer service experience of my life. I genuinely was blindsided with how rude this Target employee was to me today. I honestly thought she was joking for like .5 of a second until I saw the hatred in her eyes toward me. I was gifted a box of newborn diapers that I was never able to use so I was looking to see if they could exchange them or do store credit or something, since I have never returned anything here before I didn’t know how it worked. Everything was going fine, she flipped out on me and said that I was interrupting her. I was BEYOND shocked. I told her oh my gosh I’m so sorry I had no idea that I was interrupting you- and then she said “there you go again! You’re interrupting me!” She said this another time. I had to choke back tears. My 2.5 month old son has been in the NICU and got home a few weeks ago so he was never able to use his newborn size diapers and I just thought I’d make a quick trip to target I haven’t been here since before he was born or gone much of anywhere except the hospital and this was the worst introduction for me ever to get back into normal routines and interactions. I couldn’t believe she accused me of interrupting her? I was just asking a clarifying question, I had no malice in my heart. I think whoever is at the customer service/return counter should be able to handle someone asking general questions about the return…I felt like I was in the twilight zone with how she kept treating me. I just took it bc I was so shocked. I had enough sense to ask another worker if I could talk to the manager and he was so nice, I started crying when I told him ugh so embarrassing but he was so nice and said no one should treat you like that especially not in his store. If he ever reads this, I wanted to say thank you to him for listening to me and talking to my daughter so kindly as she had to watch me cry. I hope you fire that lady bc I guarantee she will keep doing that to customers. This rude lady shant keep me from coming to Target though, I love Target! And the manager was so nice. But if I see her again it’s going to be a hard pass for me, I will def find another worker to...

Read moreThe cashier was terrible. So my friend and I were picking up some things from Target for our party we were hosting that night and came across the sample table in the makeup section. Excited, we picked up everything assuming it was ours for the taking. Little did we know, none of it was free and the lady at the cashier was plain rude about it. First, she assumed that it was not free so she questioned us multiple times asking if we actually thought it was for free. We told her that we picked it up from the sample table and we thought it was ours for the taking. She did not believe us, however, and had to ask not one, not two, but three of her coworkers whether this stuff was free or not even though she basically already told us without knowing herself, that it was not free. She seemed to have an attitude with us asking why we would think this was free and basically mocked us for thinking so. This was very unprofessional and we left with the one thing we ended up buying, she could not even bother to tell us we had left our bag with her. When we retrieved it, she said nothing and gave us a smirk. This lady was probably in her 70's and had grey hair...
