Sleep Number — Hotel in Cranberry Township

Hi, I waited 3 months before writing this review. We originally bought a Tempur pedic bed from Mattress firm in Butler. We bought the adjustable bed with a medium firm. Let me just say I went through 2 mattress from Tempur Pedic, we paid 12k for it. After 6 months , that’s what they said to give it , so you can adjust to it. I hurt so much… I’ve had multiple surgeries. I wanted to be able to sleep without hurting more. We bought the Tempur pedic in 2022. I bought extra toppers , that cost 200 a piece. Nothing worked. I had enough I couldn’t stand it, I was sleeping in my recliner. We decided to try sleep number. We were there about 2 hours and we picked a mattress to go over our Tempur pedic adjustable base. I was nervous and to put out money again,, well it put us in the hole but from the first nite till now I have been able to be comfortable and to sleep. I am so grateful, happy and all around pleased with our choice and we are happy. Thank you...

My wife and I stopped into the Cranberry Sleep Number store a few months back just to compare and we fell in love with their beds. Lindsay, our sales person was great. She was super patient and accommodating with my wife who is disabled! We ended up purchasing a split king i8 smart bed with adjustable base and absolutely love it for so many reasons. I could go on and on but the flexibility of the split mattresses and bases makes it easy for both of us to adjust not just the firmness to our preferences, but we can raise and lower our heads and feet separately. Which has come in super handy lately due to my back surgery and needing to find a position I'm comfortable in. You can't do all that with any other mattress that I know of. We highly recommend going into the store and trying the different beds. That was the only way we knew the i8 and the split adjustable beds...

Fantastic experience! Dave Word at the Cranberry Township location is absolutely fantastic! He definitely knows his stuff and helped us select a new bed, after our C2 model (about 14 years old) finally gave up. We bought and are very happy with the new C 4 model. Dave also helped us with add ons such as sheets, and the best pillows we've ever had. No high pressure tactics, just Dave asking the right questions and leading to the best fit products.
