Starbucks — Restaurant in Cranberry Township

I was shopping at Target, go figure. I stopped at the Starbucks and there was only 2 women ahead of me. There was 5 or 6 people behind the bar/register; seemed like a lot of people to be working at once. But that wasn't what I noticed most; it was how demanding and loud the one woman was. You can tell she's one of those people that aren't super happy with their job, life, etc... so they have to act a certain [rude] way to everyone around them. She was bossing the younger guys and girls around like they had no clue how to walk or talk. It was crazy; I was shocked at how she was treating her employees, I almost said something to her about it. That being said- the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich I ordered was awesome! Super fresh! And the iced coffee w/ espresso...

Literally the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Every single time I place an order the incompetent wait staff get it wrong. My order is never complicated - Large ice mocha, no whip cream. I get whip cream every single time. The last time I ordered (and received whipped cream again) and told him I ordered the drink without whipped cream, he popped open the lid and slopped the whip cream out, pouring half the drink all over it's sides, presenting me with a wet sticky mess. I grabbed a bunch of paper towels to clean up the mess he made, dropped them on the counter and left. There are three other Starbucks in the area - I suggest going to one of them instead, boycotting this...

Went into a completely empty store and ordered a Pike place with three pumps of sugar at 11:05am. I watched as at least 10 people walk through the door and went through the line and got their coffees and orders before me. Not a single employee asks me anything before I complain at 11:23. I asked for an update on my order the only response I get is was it a mobile order I say no and 3 at 11:26 minutes later someone brings me the coffee And it's wrong.

I get things are busy and I understand it's a hard job but the fact that there was no even apology or explanation or any type of customer service after I spent $6 on a coffee that's wrong and takes me 20 minutes to get...
