Toton's TV — Local services in Crest Hill

We purchased a 65" tv from Mark and Vicki Toton, of Totons tv in 2014 and was very pleased with the price and quality of the product. Late this spring we experienced some issues with the tv. As usual I could not find our receipt nor warranty. So I called the store and to no surprise to us I was able talk directly to Vicki she quickly retrieved our purchase information and said we were still within our warranty period by only a few weeks. She set up a time for Mark to quickly stop by and trouble shoot the tv. Mark had to take the tv but left a loaner tv!!! Was not expecting that. Awesome. A few days latter we received a call that the tv could not be repaired and an upgraded model would replace it and all we had to do was pay for the new warranty. Great deal. We are so happy that we finally went with a local family owned business where quality and service are truly number one!! We will always take our entertainment business to Totons. We have many of friends who had tv problems they had purchased from the big box stores, and have listened to their stories of the runaround phone games they had to endure. Typically talking to service hubs that were not even in this state. If you are tired of that kind of treatment we strongly suggest giving Totons TV a try. You wont be sorry. This review is overdue. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a TV for my parents. The owners were fabulous from start to finish. The recommendation was perfect for my parents' needs. To top it off, they offered to deliver same day which was the day before Christmas Eve. The top-notch customer service did not end there. The delivery did not go as planned because the TV was too big for the area over the fireplace. Mark did not want to disappoint and went back to the store (after hours) to redesign the TV legs to fit the space. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The next day, our guests were able to enjoy the football games on our brand new TV. This was my first time purchasing from there, but it definitely will not be the last! I'm editing this review after a few things. I had bought a TV from another place and it went bad. I took it to TonTons and they where honest with me for what needed replacing I could get a new TV for just a few dollars more, it was what I kinda knew in the back of my head but was hoping wasnt true. I decided to buy 1 size up on the TV I had. Not only did they come and set up my TV but when I had an issue with a port they where back out next day to fix it. I also got the 5 year warranty with them which seemed like a no brainer. My last TV died after 18 months. The 2 guys who came to set up and fix the TV very professional, they where nice guys all around and very knowledgeable.I enjoyed talking to them and will continue to do business with them...
