We had them replace the battery in an iPhone 12 Mini. After they performed this replacement, the phone started to act strangely, especially while sitting on a charger during the night. Multiple screens started flashing across the phone, it looked like someone was hacking the phone and was attempting to log-in. In fact, at one point, the phone locked for 20 minutes before we could log into it legitimately. The settings app claimed that both the battery AND the display were non-Apple replacements. This was true about the battery, but the display was not supposed to have been replaced. We brought the phone back and no one was there to fix it and we were told to come back later. Terrible service. Awful repair experience. We had to go and purchase a new phone because we didn’t trust them to touch it again, and we couldn’t just keep coming back and waiting for someone who could fix it while not having a phone in the meantime.

Had my privacy tempered glass installed and within a day i saw that there’s a chipped. I went back to tell to the girl who installed it, but she said i need to pay for a new one. Definitely not customer...
