Potato Corner — Restaurant in Culver City

It used to be a great place until they did the renovation and change all the people, now it’s horrible I waited to be ring for 30 min they were arguing with in the employees and that made the wait even longer. They need to learn to be proactive and instead of wiping counter when there is a huge line and ring one person at time every 5 min, when I ask the cashier if she had noticed the huge line she proceed to say tell the cooker to help you out call him when you are ready ! . Wtf!!!!! Can the cook handle money as well ?? Maybe sanitary inspection need to give that place a visit! Not sure if employees were trained but if the did they need to redo a training and make sure they learn how to work under pressure and definitely need to work on their skills tl work as a team!!!!!!!! Team was very rude, the service is now through a kiosk. And was right away told to order through there if I was paying with card. Nowhere in the kiosk did it show that it was no longer yellow cheddar. As I’m waiting for my order the employee gives me a white cheddar fries and I say they are the right ones. And says that in the front they tell you that they no longer have yellow. I was not helped by anyone in the front and they have a small sticker by the glass on the opposite side of the self serve kiosk. I understand there is a language barrier but the lack of customer service or willingness to make a change was horrible. Been here multiple times but things have changed after renovation. The cashier and workers are rude and they have changed the system. We ordered 18 pc bucket of wings, cashier told us dips were free (also says it comes with 3 dips in the menu) but when we went to pick it up, rude indian girl said we needed to pay for sauces and said she will only give us 1 dip for free since the cashier “made a mistake”. Also, we asked multiple times if the wings we got was really 18 pc because it seemed to be less and she said yes, we count them. We counted them ourselves and turns out it’s only 15 pc.
