Bought a computer about 2 years ago from best buy so when an issue came up with it I took it to Geek Squad to at least diagnose the problem. I go there, they weren't busy, and the staff tells me I would have to schedule an appointment just to speak with them......ok? Appointment set for next day. I go in. Employee looks at my computer for less than a minute, says "it's probably a motherboard issue that'll run you $300-$400 to fix. Honestly at that price you'd be better off buying a new computer". Let's see... spend $300-$400, which I was willing to do if needed, or buy a new computer which would cost $1200?!?! What blew me away was that he didn't even look into this, he just guesses without really looking into it. I leave because he clearly didn't care. I call a local computer repair shop and OVER THE PHONE they are able to help me fix the issue FREE OF CHARGE!!! they knew exactly what the problem was saying it was typical for my computer. And it stops working in less than one year. So, i call customer support and they said, they will provide me replacement bring it in store. And when i went the store.
