Kohl's — Local services in Cumberland

I just purchased some jewelry for my mother and sister for Christmas. I called into the store about an hour ago and the sales clerk had pulled my items and had them waiting for me at the cash register, when I arrived. I was concerned with spending as less time as possible than I had to in the store due to living with high risk family member's who are more prone to contract the covid-19 virus, during the madness of the chaotic eleventh hour Christmas rush.

From my initial phone call, up until the time I completed checking out, every part of my experience was truly amazing. My items were as described on their website, and my overall service really set the bar very high in terms of continuing to give them my business as opposed to other area suppliers that carry similar merchandise where I would usually shop at such as Walmart or Gabe's. The discounts were phenomenal. I saved about 100 dollars after all my coupons and rewards were applied to total bill.

I highly recommend Kohl's of La Vale to everyone in the area because you can't beat the piece tags anywhere else for the quality and durability of their product lines.

So I give them 5 Stars, all day...

Sorry folks there isn't too many stores or places that I give a one-star review of, and please know this review is not the cause of just one incident and it's not towards the employees, but rather towards the management I have dealt with at this location, who is downright absolutely rude, and does not care what you think about it, likewise the store's return policy is like none I have ever encountered before even if you have the receipt, for example a couple years ago my son was bought a $350 winter jacket, as a present for his birthday for the upcoming winter, it didn't fit so we went to return it, and this manager try to tell me that they could only give us $15 back in credit as that's what the jackets sold for at some point in the last 90 days, now anyone reading this or anyone in the retail world knows for a fact, Kohl's didn't even get that jacket off of Columbia for $15 nor would they take $15 for it, we did not have a receipt because it was bought as a gift and they didn't have any other of those codes for him to get as we just wanted to do an even exchange for a size...

Horrible customer service. Maybe they need to worry less about the "process" and more about making customers happy. Fitbit at kohls and Walmart online are both 149 marked down to 139. You have the option of shipping or picking it up in store.....for 139. So I go to store thinking sale thing would apply there. In store marked down from 149 to 148 (why bother). So I showed them the online and pick up in store price on my phone. They don't honor "online offers". So when I outsmarted her enough to tell her I'd do pick up in store and get it for 139....she says well you can do that but you can't get it today. So I said screw you I'll go to Walmart. This was over a 30 minute period of arguing. So either take $139 or take nothing. Hmm ....tough...
