UPDATE: I revisited WINWIN after management reached out to me. I purchased a couple of items and the glass entryway table arrived broken out of the box. Also, it was not the same one I selected. Nevertheless, the delivery driver quickly called his manager and I received the correct one the very next day. I ended up purchasing the one with the cracked glass as well because they worked out a good deal with me. I had an opportunity to meet the store manager personally and he was very helpful and apologetic for the entire experience. I do believe they work towards making their wrongs--- right. I am a happier customer now.
I just purchased a home so I drove to Woodbridge to check out WINWIN furniture. I arrived early, so I waited in the parking lot until their opening hours, 10am. I didn't see anyone and the doors were locked. I left and returned at 10:30. Same scenario, no one in sight and the doors were still locked. I posted my frustrations on their FB page and received an apology from someone. They said, "A store meeting was in progress". They suggested on my next visit, call ahead of time. I told them that I will not be calling ahead of time and you should honor the hours you post. For me, WINWIN LOST out on a 6k purchase. I took my business to Value City! WINWIN was an epic fail on customer satisfaction and I will not return because they may not be opened and gas cost too much to waste a trip. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Winwin Furniture. I placed an order totaling $6,000 and was promised delivery within two weeks. That promise was never kept. Weeks went by with no delivery, and every time I called or visited the store, I was met with vague excuses and no real answers. They kept saying “next week” or “it’s on the way,” but nothing ever arrived.
What made it worse was the attitude of the staff. They were dismissive, unprofessional, and at times outright rude. I felt like they didn’t care at all about customer service or honoring their commitments. I’ve never dealt with a business that showed so little respect for its customers.
