The quality of the food and the service has went down tremendously since they reopened. The first issue I noticed was the 30 minute time limit, which I didn't think too much of personally, but thinking back, 30 minuets is not a long time. Next is the food portion sizes, they changed the size of the toast to a smaller size and they halved the cake slice sizes. They don't allow using the drink fountain making refills impossible. I tend to get the elderflower drink and the boxed versions are so small. With the fountain I'd get 3 refills before I leave. Some things are slightly misleading as well. I have attached a photo of the container the cakes come in and the nutrition facts are wrong.(unless the cake slices are truly 0 calories) also they offer salads with a promise of a select dressing, but you don't get the dressing till after the purchase. This wasn't an issue until they didn't have the dressing that came with my salad. I hope that this restaurant with return to its former glory once the pandemic is over because I used to really enjoy...
Read moreAll my family love IKEA restaurants food and we always to the restaurant when we in IKEA. It is a typical Ikea restaurant, the quality of the food greatly depends on the employees who work that day. Therefore, French fries here always taste different, but usually they are not salty enough, and my favorite sauce for meatballs is often served in small quantities and you have to ask for more. There are often not enough tables and sometimes you have to walk a little more around the store, I don’t like that and also I don’t like long tables together; I don’t like eating at the same table with strangers. Twice there was no clean cutlery and we had to look for staff to bring them. The cola here is bad, the dispenser is set up incorrectly, and it’s almost always under-carbonated. Yesterday there was Bingo here and it was interesting, there were prizes and discounts, almost all the tables were occupied, it was a good idea for Ikea :) Update Coffee for Ikea cardholders has been out of service for...
Read moreI loved shopping at IKEA, however I’m not sure I will shop here again as your CUSTOMER SERVICES SUCKS, I mean really SUCKS! I have called 8 times, 7 TIMES WITH NO ANSWER!!!! I am currently on hold, 45 minutes already as I type this review out, one time I stayed on the phone for well over an hour waiting on a customer rep to answer, NO LUCK. We purchased a Hemnes bedroom set from IKEA online and spent a good amount of money. We were told we only had 48 hours to let IKEA know if we had any issues with the products we ordered. WE DO!!! Our bed that we ordered is cracked and can not be used. It needs to be replaced however, I can’t get a hold of Customer services to let them know that. DO NOT GIVE SOMEONE A DEADLINE and then not have a way for that customer to get a hold of you in a timely manner. You take calls until midnight why does it take so long for someone to answer a customer’s call????????? HIRE MORE CUSTOMER SERVICES REPS IF YOUR ARE...
