I ordered a Colorful Tribute Deluxe bouquet for $138.39 (includes all taxes and delivery) on 7/12/2022.
My emails to the owner are below along with some pictures of the bouquet. It’s extremely unfortunate that I did not receive a follow-up email to work through my concerns. I understand we may not always meet expectations initially, but not responding at all to a customer’s email about valid concerns is unacceptable. I hope others don’t have the same experience as me.
Email sent on 7/17/2022: Hello, I am a new customer and wanted to reach out as I was really disappointed in the quality of product. I absolutely love the design and the delivery was smooth and on time - no issues there. But the attached picture show how the flowers look only after 4.5 days, and I even refilled with water 2 days ago. I would like to request a refund or would be open to other ways to make this right. I was hoping to at least get a week+ out of this bouquet. Thanks.

Last email sent on 7/22/2022: Update to my previous 1-star review. I spoke to Carl, and he immediately apologized for the bad experience and sent me a beautiful summer arrangement for the same value the very next day. The quality was much better! See new picture. Thank you!
Previous review Hello, I wanted to see if you had a solution for this. We had to throw out over half the flowers at day 4.5, and then the rest were thrown out a couple days later. I had previously placed an order of sunflowers and PRE PAID to pick up with the florist down the street called “All Occasional florist” and had told the guy that I would be back the next day to pick up my order because I would be out of town to bring the flowers to my fiancé that I had lost over the holidays. It was sort of my fault for not leaving a phone number with them but I had told them I worked a couple of shops over, and that I would be there the following day before 5 to pick them up. Long story short I arrive at “All Occasional florist” the next day to pick up my order right at 4:58pm mind you the “Close” at 5pm. Lights are off nobody behind of the building in their car. That tells me they were gone way before 5. They told the owner they spent Thursday and Friday trying to call me and I did not answer. (Again never left a phone number he never asked). I lose all hope and feel defeated going home empty handed until I visited “All Blooming Florist” down the street. The gentleman who helped me was such a godsend. When he had heard about my loss and what had happened at the previous florist shop. He put together the most beautiful bouquet of flowers with sunflowers included and gave it to me at no cost. Ordered flowers for my fiancé to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. The flowers were not delivered, I never received a call that there was an issue or anything of the sort. When I called to find out what happened they didn’t have any idea what happened either. They offered to deliver them to our house, but the surprise had already been ruined and coming to the house wasn’t what the plan was, or what I paid for.
The owner got on the phone and offered to refund my money and deliver flowers to my fiancé on Monday. Well I received a refund, but my fiancé did not receive any flowers today. Another surprise ruined, and another awkward conversation with my fiancé.
