Dallas this is one of my gem spots to order great Lebanese food! I always get the chicken shawarma or lamb or chicken kabobs- side of fries and fatoush. 📍Open Sesame a hidden gem. Have you been? #hiddengems #dallasrestaurants #dallasfoodie #dallas

Worst customer service ever. 10/12/24 at 11:30am… The lady that works behind the bar with lip fillers was rude. Never greeted us as we walked in, but looked as if she had never seen 2 african american customers before… Waiter seated us but with an attitude. We asked.. “are you having a good day” she replied yes I am having a good day… Sis ordered chicken sharwma and french fries lightly cooked. She brought pita to the table .. spilling the bowl of seasoning… she wiped up with her hand.. Then we asked can you bring a wet towel.. She said she was getting it with an attitude. Food was ok not worth the service. After 2 bites…Sis asked if she could order me a coke.. I didn’t order previously because the vibe was off… She acted as if ordering a coke was a sin… I said never mind. so we said just bring the check and we will leave…Sis had only gotten thru 2 bites of food. Paid the check and left. By the way she does have manners…. just not for African American women!!!!! 2 gentleman that came in that were what looked to be regulars.. she greeted them with a smile and conversation. Customer service needs vast improvement. Would NEVER RETURN or PATRONIZE!!!

Honestly, the food was great. If I was rating based on food alone, I would probably have given a four or five stars. So why the three star rating? One word to describe is chaos or confusion. We walked into the restaurant and was not greeted at all. Staff members were walking around, but seemed to almost already expect us to know what's going on. I ended up going up and stopping one of the staff and they explained that there's no waitlist or anything, and we just stand around waiting for a table to open up? It was just bizarre. Finally a table opened up and we got seated and ordered our food, and it took forever for the food to come, I want to say at least an hour. The place was small, but they didn't have many tables so it wasn't too crowded but the place just seems way understaffed. Everyone looked way too busy and the entire operation just didn't seem efficient and there were a lot of waiting around. The food was great, but I would not come back again. It's not a wait 1 hr for your food kind of great.

I recently visited this charming restaurant, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The decor was modern yet cozy, with just the right touch of elegance that made it feel special without being over-the-top.

The service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and always made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here.

As for the food—wow. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. The menu had a great variety of options, from fresh salads and hearty pastas to mouthwatering meats and seafood. I started with a vibrant appetizer of roasted vegetables with a tangy dressing that was bursting with flavor. For the main course, I had the grilled chicken with a side of perfectly seasoned mashed potatoes, and it was nothing short of amazing. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the potatoes were creamy with just the right amount of seasoning.

The flavors in every dish were well-balanced, and it was clear that only the freshest ingredients were used. Each bite was a testament to the chef's dedication to quality and taste.

To top off the experience, we had dessert—an indulgent chocolate mousse that melted in your mouth, leaving the perfect sweet note to end the meal.

Overall, this restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. From the welcoming atmosphere to the top-notch service and mouthwatering food, it was a dining experience I won’t soon forget. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a...

Went here for our Saturday date nite. SO glad we found this little gem. Unlike the other medi-Arabic restaurants around here that are sort of americanized. This is authentic Lebanese food with a great menu. Being here for the first time we ordered the appetizer sampler with hummus, baba, tabouli and grape leaves. The sampler was on point with great tastes for each item served with flat hot pita bread. Dinner we got the mixed grill platter that had- Beef shish kabab, tawook and kafta served on a bed of rice. The items came out each with it's TRUE authentic taste. What I really liked was the taste and aroma brought me back to my younger days going over to my good friend Jamal chebli's house when his wife would cook great authentic Lebanese food. They also served a side plate with green olives, pickeled turnips and baby cucumbers sliced just like they do at home. The place is small in an open patio atmosphere. Great service from the wait-staff very informative about the menu and to the manager who came over to check on us. We also got the Lebanese coffee(excellent). I can honestly say this is our togo place from now on for great authentic Lebanese food. To the owner keep up the great work and never sway from what your serving and staying with the authenticity of the food!! Wish I could give you more then 5 stars. ...

Lovely little place, so happy to have found this gem!!!  Its a traditional Lebanese place.  Menu modified and simplified and still tasty!  Great service, excellent location, and has plenty of parking! We ordered 2 of their most popular plates. The First one was the chicken shawarma, came with rice and I chose Hummas and a Fatoush salad as my 2 sides. The chicken was not done the traditional way on the rotating burner like "the al pastor", the flavors were as amazing and it was even more juicy than the regular rotating burner!  It came with a wonderful garlic paste - I was very pleased with this dish! The second plate was the kofta kabab on rice, with a Tabouli salad and Hummas sides. The Tabouli (parsley salad) was not that fresh so we asked the waiter to change it to a Fatoush and he did not hesitate, he went to the kitchen and got a seperate plate of Fatoush, now that's great service in my opinion!  The meet was supper juicey (make sure to order the meet medium) it came out great! Loved the pictures of the different areas of Lebanon on the wall, and for sure LOVED the music selection!!!! Well done you guys, and keep yup the good work, and dont change a thing!!! And You will...
