I bought a painting from them valued over $350 and because I live out of town they offered to ship it for me, and mentioned they had done this in the past. When the shop worker, Amy, called me from FedEx I assumed she would do everything she could to secure the painting, but alas when it arrived it was damaged (SEE PHOTOS). It packed careless in a box too big and was sliding around. There was no bubble wrap, no protection on the frame, it was simply put in a box where it could move around and be jostled, the box was not marked fragile, either. If they have experience shipping art they should no this is NOT a secure way to send a delicate frame. The sad thing is that there's no investment on their end at this point that I've paid, it sucks that they didn't even seem to care when I told them (or respond at all). Read moreTerrible shopping experience is the only way to characterize this - the sales woman was SO pushy and told me blatant lies regarding a jacket I was looking to purchase - it was a leather imitation but she made up an elaborate lie about how it was very high quality and the jacket came from a European seller that specializes in leather goods, and even went so far as to lie about the translation of the brand name. When I tried to look at the label she grabbed the jacket and wrapped it up and insisted it “looked so good she wouldn’t let me change my mind”. I had gone to pick up an art piece for my boyfriend’s birthday, not knowing that the store was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. After asking another local shop about the unexpected closure - I was contacted by the owner to see what she could do make sure that I could pick up my product that day.
