From the trainers to fellow gym-goers, everyone is friendly and so encouraging at Body Mountain! BM trainers are truly experts in helping you achieve your health goals and are very personable. If I'm gone long, they let me know and that gesture alone makes me feels good to know that they care about me (and my health).
Additionally, no single work out is the same nor is it boring (which is why I've been a member for seven years). They are knowledgeable and accommodate work outs based on your fitness level/injuries while also challenging you to get better. You also get one-on-one time depending on the class or if you sign up for your own personal training.
I’ve learned so much from the BM team, from improving my form when I work out to how to use gym equipment/machines. Whether you're a newbie or know your way around the gym, Body Mountain is really a great environment to achieve your health goals and make friends along the way....

The quality of the people here is exceptional, and the interactions I’ve had with them have been great. The trainers are incredibly proficient, patient, and knowledgeable. They’re always willing to modify exercises as needed to suit my fitness level and goals.
I’ve had an amazing experience here so far, and I’m confident that the hard work I’m putting in is building a stronger, more confident sense of self. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym. Reidland and Faheem are absolute rock stars, and I can’t say enough about them.
