Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dallas

My husband and I went to this location last night11/3/18 around 9:45 when we drove up we saw people inside so my husband and I wanted to order inside but take out food home with us. When we walked up one door was locked but the other opened so we walked in and got into line. When we got up to the counter the cashier taking our order never said one word to us. She just kept standing there with a really upset look upon her face. So my husband said can we get a number 9 and a number 12. She then said under her breath it's going to be 12 dollers and some change. My husband said what did you say? The cashier replies is that what you want? My husband replies I don't know what do you have rung up? Cashier replies a 9 and a 12 my husband response and says yes that's it. Then we stand there awkwardly waiting for her to ask cash or credit or anything she says nothing. So my husband goes to slide is card, nothing happeneds so my husband asked is it a chip reader? Cashier doesn't say a word she just simply pushes a button which allowed my husband to insert his card and then our recepit prints she hands it over with not a word. Then my husband said to the cashier if you don't like your job leave you don't have to be rude. I then see another employee and ask what our cashiers name was her name was (aleah) everyone else that was working last night we're kind and work hard. And I appreciate it that. Soft Review. This taco bell sometimes misses items but when they don't. The foods good. I've never had taco bell that's not poor quality. But sometimes if your lucky you can get amazing tasting taco. This seems to be. the normal thing for taco bell and there foods cheap and fast so I don't bug them. They gave me no ice. Just like I asked. The crunch rap was poorly rapped. (9/10)

Hardcore Review. The service was slower then usual, Missing Sauce packets, Had the correct amount of tacos in the party pack. Food was poorly made. With large amounts of grease, so much that it was gushing out. All ingredients where just thrown in there with not a second of thought. Customer service was Good enough. And tacos got out quick. We where Gavin, 20 Mild packets, 1 hot packet and 4 diablo packets of hot sauce. It was not enough since we where mainly using the diablos. There where only 1 car IN front and back. This was no where near packed for taco bell. The poor service was not because of large amounts of tacos being made. Ordering took 30 seconds and the person was polite. They asked us if all items on screen where the ones we ordered. We drove up too the window paid. And Sat there for an additional 3 minutes. The food was ready. (7/10)

We weren’t allowed to order and pay at the counter, we were turned away to use a kiosk, which one was broke, and there was a line to order on the one kiosk that was working and it is confusing for people that don’t like to use it. It takes a lot longer. everybody was frustrated trying to hurry so others could order, including myself! Then when we finally get the order, had to go back and wait at the counter for someone to acknowledge me to ask for the sauce that was missing for my order that I did order on the kiosk! Then we’re missing a taco which they tried saying must be in one of the other bags because there was three of us that all ordered separately. There was no extra taco!!! And by that time after dealing with the staff standing around, but can’t take my order at the counter and then instead of just giving us our taco telling us to dig through the other bags of orders to see if there’s an extra instead of just replacing it, my friend just said forget it I don’t wanna go back up a third time and deal with the staff! So they just didn’t get their taco at all. It was a very bad experience and when I’m going through the gorge again I definitely won’t be stopping at The Dalles Taco Bell!!! Maybe staff could try to have better customer service instead of just sitting around gossiping and ignoring customers that stand at the counter, you might get...
