FedEx Office Ship Center — Local services in Dallas

Fedex has become the worst shipping company. I shipped a package in April and not only were they late delivering the shipments my packaged was damaged and have yet to to recieve my claim for the damage package. They keep adding days to when I should receive the claim. Stop blaming everything on COVID-19. They have been known for not being accountable for their services for filing a claim. My complaint is about FedEx in general and not this particular location. My last four experiences with FedEx have been awful. Packages sent to me were delivered well past the expected delivery date despite being "out for delivery" several times. One has been sitting at the same facility for four day with no updates. ALERT: I’ve never seen this bf but this FEDEX location (inside a hotel) charges a $25 fee just to accept your shipment in addition to the shipping charges.
