Do not use the valet if your life depends on it!!! I experienced pure evil. I parked that morning and left at dusk. I always have my lights set so they automatically come on at dusk. I was driving home and there were plenty of lights and cars and I didnโt notice that the lights had deliberately been turned to where you had to manually turn them on.
It was a good 4O minutes of me driving in the dark with no lights on before I noticed.
This is the most devastating of all, my mom died less than a year ago and she had kept this little painted rock in one of her cup holders. It had a pretty butterfly scene on one side and the other side it had โBe kindโ painted in black. This was a week ago I got my car from them and I picked the rock up today and it was as though someone took a knife and sliced right through the words!!! The rock is ver special to me and there is a slash and chunk of the rock on that side missing.
ALSO, it appears that on the drivers side someone has keyed my care with something other than a key.

And have someone drop you off/ pick you up because the parking is very limited if any. I came here 3 mornings and stayed to 4:00pm or 5:00pm for the Children's Tradeshow. It took that long to look at merchandise, introduce yourself to vendors, ask questions and order. I did it all with a spranged ankle with two escalators down. If your as determined as I was to find good vendors it's so worth the travel and time! The staff and security were amazing and so were the vendors. There was complimentary martini's and vendors have free snacks and water. Everyone tried to help you find what you were looking for and give suggestion. I absolutely loved it and I hope to be back in the future when gas prices go back down. 2500 miles is A LOT of driving and a lot of money but it was necessary for me starting out as a freshly...
ย ย ย Read moreYesterday morning, I wanted to come to the WTC to do some shopping and walk because it's my first time in Dallas. When I entered the hall, I looked up and I liked the view so much that I wanted to take a photo for myself, But! The black woman who was at the front desk called my husband and told me to stop taking photos with my phone. What ???? this is a public place, why can't I take a photo?? Why people who add reviews here they also added the same photos here but you are not allowed to take pictures ??? Why don't you have "no video, no photo" stickers in front of the entrance??? it was complete nonsense. I've been to WTC NY and they allow taking photos, why can't I take a photo for myself here? Or was it discrimination???? After a rude and not friendly employee, I just left this place without having time to do shopping, I WILL NEVER GO BACK...
