Michael Matthews- If you want to feel taken care of and leave with amazing hair, he is your guy! The girl who normally cuts my hair wasn't able to see my on my appointment day and she let me know she sends her clients to Michael when she can't see them. I was planning on cutting all of my hair off at this appoiintment so having someone cut your hair who has never seen it before was a little scary. My hair turned out amazing and the bob was exactly what I had asked for.

After my haircut, I was going to a different place to have it colored, also someone new who had never colored my hair. After my coloring appointment, I wound up really really disliking the color. Michael wanted to see the final look so I texted him letting him know how dissapointed I was. He offered for me to come back into Hair+Industry and they would fix the color job for me. After I left that appointment, my hair was exactly like the inspo pictures I had shown. For someone who never gets their hair cut or colored you want it to look great when you finally do. I did not want to write this review right away but since I have had many people ask about my experience with Alan Khoa I am sharing. I had an appointment scheduled at 10 am with Alan for hair and makeup. I show up early to my appointment to which I am waiting until 10:10 for him to let me know he would be running behind. This was not a great first impression but I don’t like to complain about people being human. But once he arrive at 10:30, the energy was gross. I scheduled a blow out, he seemed annoyed he had to wash my hair…. The whole experience I felt was very passive aggressive and super uncomfortable. I would never send someone to see Alan Khoa. I wanted to take the time to share my experience I had with Micheal. I came in wanting to make a pretty big change with my hair and get some dramatic curtain bangs and not only did he deliver but he over delivered. This was a pretty big change for me and Michael’s process of explaining things to me and taking his time Talking to me about the changes we were making helped me feel extremely comfortable through out the process . I also have to commend him for not only giving me a beautiful hairstyle but the way that he cut my hair , I’m able to look beautiful without styling my hair. He cut it and such a way that I can just let my hair air dry and it looks like I styled it on purpose so whether I have time to style it the way that I want to or on days where I don’t have time to style it I still look fabulous either way I’ve never had a hairstylist who could do that for me and I just wanna say...
