When I went the first time the experience was great. There was a young lady that was was knowledgable about everything we were wanting to work on my home. I went back a couple weeks later & everyone was goofing off. There 3 people talking by a box I said excuse me 3 times. I was standing right next to one if the no answered until the 3rd time. They called someone to help me with vanities that guy acted like he didnt want to be there. I almost lost it. I realized he did want to help me & left. I then proceeded to go to Home Depot where I should have gone in the first place. The price were way cheaper & I got help on everything I needed from several the Home Depot employees. So Floor & Decor lost a lot of business from me. I will be telling everyone in the condos I live that are repairing there places not to go...

I have visited Floor & Decor several times before, but today marks my first visit to the Design Studio in Dallas, situated in the Design District. I had the pleasure of working with Angelique at the Design Studio, and I am thoroughly impressed by her exceptional design expertise and professionalism. Giving 3 stars because of our time with Angelique. All other experiences at the store and pick up location were unorganized and unprofessional. The first time we entered the store, all employees were talking amongst themselves and didn't bother to look up. So we left. After we called and had our wonderful appointment with Angelique, we ordered tiles via the phone from the store manager. It took us 3 calls to get through to anyone. The store manager told us she arranged a pickup time for us, but when we got to the warehouse we were told nothing had been packaged and have been waiting almost an hour after our given time slot.
