I love BuDhaGirl and everything they stand for. They’re woman-founded and woman-owned which makes me want to support them even more. I always enjoy reading the thoughtful and helpful mantras and quotes either via email, on social media or printed on a card that they include in their packages. My mind always seems to be running on full-speed and whenever I feel a little overwhelmed, I focus on one of the reminders as well as the feel, sound and appearance of whatever stack I’m wearing at the time. I have fun mixing and mixing matching all of the colors and textures of their pieces, especially the bracelets and bangles. I’ve contacted BDG customer service on multiple occasions through their contact form, via phone and also email. They’ve (especially Jenni!) never been anything other than timely, helpful, nice and friendly. I returned something to them and they took care of it very quickly. I’ve been a customer for a long time and look forward to whatever they come out with next. For me, the world of BuDhaGirl is a multifaceted experience and it’s everything I could possibly ask for....
Read moreI am completely upset, my husband went directly to the store to buy two sets of bracelets, one for his mom and one for me, unfortunately they were too small for me and he came back to change the size, I used one of them and it was damaged too much in just one week and I personally went to change it and the girl who helped me asked me for the receipt of the purchase and my husband had sent it to me by message and I couldn't open it so she told me no problem I can replace it I just want to tell you that Your husband said the other bracelets were for his mom and he bought two sets just so you know! which was true but his comment made me feel very uncomfortable since it questioned what my husband said without knowing if it was true or not! Read moreI absolutely love this company, their products, and their high level of customer service. For Christmas last year, I purchased two beautiful bracelets for my mom online. A few days before the holiday, I misplaced them. I drove to the Dallas storefront in hopes of quickly finding replacements, and the owner was in the process of closing the store upon my arrival. He generously went out of his way to reopen the store, although I did not ask him to, nor did I expect it. He thoroughly assisted me throughout the entirety of my visit, and his positive attitude and willingness to go out of his way to provide first class customer service has resonated with me. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
