I recently went to Jerry’s for the first time, and ended up going back twice that same week! Their inventory is amazing, and I’m constantly finding things I didn’t know I needed! The staff is so friendly and helpful, while not being overbearing. They are truly there to help you with your questions and to help you find what you need, not to upsell you. They are competitively priced, especially during the great sales they have, and the free membership card always gives you an extra bit of discounts. I have not gotten anything framed here yet, but plan to. I spoke with an employee who works with the framing, and some of the customizations they showed me blew my mind. They have a wall display with beautiful framing of things I didn’t even know could be framed! This is a must-visit store for anyone in the area looking for fine art supplies. The cashier said they were behind on updating the posted prices. If so, then they should not charge a higher price at the register. They are simply lying to people and cheating them and hoping no one notices.
I had left the store and was in my car when I looked at the receipt and noticed I was charged amounts higher than I saw on the tags. I went back in the store, found the items, took photos, and showed them to the cashier, resulting in the refunds.
NO ONE at the store had noticed it, and if I had not gone back to check they would have gotten away with this. ...
