MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

First and foremost, I need to start off by saying this is my third time Within a week n half first time I came in was with my family of six and my wife, and I would want to say it was July 2 ed and July 3 (due to watching The fireworks outside with the family) And also had asked if it was OK if we sat outside after we got our pizza and watched the firework. Her response was I do not see no problem with it. Just enjoy your food and enjoy the show. And not only that she even came outside. I believe it was with her family and she said it was her GM to make Sure that me and my family were OK and if there was anything else I could do for them or if I could refill our drinks. I try to give her a $25 tip and told her to put it in her pocket and she told me that she could not do that because It is split amongst us workers and everyone during the shift, but she told me that I’m more more than welcome to put it into the tip jar and I really enjoyed the honesty she has.

very well and I mean very very well customer service she is Beyond and is a very good multitasker meaning Making sure everybody is OK during the slow times and busy times going back-and forth Making sure everything is OK and everybody is OK and if there’s anything else that she can do or refill. I also seen her today 7/7/25 around 2ish and the same thing. Very good customer service and when I tell you, I’ve been coming here for a while meaning years, This is the best pizza and she will make sure everything was Looking OK and making sure everything was up to my standards never once got frustrated one bit. And about a fast food restaurant It’s all about the person serving you and taking care of you. One thing I can point out if they are busy, she will still make sure everything is OK and keep the communication to minimum but you can tell that she is very genuine and make sure that stuff gets done right and made right and as things slow down to she will do a walk around just to make sure everything is OK and we had everything. That being said today I go in it’s her and one other lady. She remembered me by name, which is very hard to do. She kept saying please bear with me. I’m new still I told her you don’t need to tell people that because you’ve got this you need to be manager or something, then she went to go tell me that she was a shift captain, which made me very happy and still made my pizza perfect after that, she went straight to cleaning and came out and checked on us again I will be returning a lot more with my family and coworkers because I haven’t seen this in a while. I TRULY WAS GOING TO STOP COMING. The last encounter I had was with some young boy witch was working with her one night and always seem to have an attitude and trying to boss her around and the guy on the fire around and told myself I would never come back, but she Didn’t know the kid, nor did i say or point out but her handling the situation, especially being new is how it went she did apologize and kept apologizing on his behalf and told me she’ll do everything in her power to try to make things better and she’s getting to learn people. She’s only been there for a few days and I really hope people do not give her a hard time because she is really doing a damn good job.

So today (February 28 2023 ) around 21.30 pm ....I get there to pick my online order , I found a woman wearing glasses at the counter , I told her " hi , I'm picking my online order " , she looked at me but she didn't answer me and she turned around doing some stuff in the the back , The look she looked at me is racist .... so I didn't talk to her again because I know she's a racist .... there was no one else to talk to but her .....all of the sudden I turned my eyes to the end of the counter and I saw my order there , so I picked up my order and went out angrily... I used to come to this store but I've never met such an eccentric person , but I'll never go there again , because i don't like to meet this kind of people .... I don't know why the restaurant hire such people for such...
