I have had an absolutely horrid experience at Store #1266 in Dallas. I originally went to this location to rent a tuxedo to be a groomsman for my friend's wedding. I decided to purchase the tuxedo and shirt while still renting the vest, tie, and pocket square. I also purchased two vests to go along with the tuxedo. They did not have my shirt in stock so they had to order it. I waited 2 weeks and still received no phone call about my items. I contacted the store and they said the shirt still hasn't come. I went into the store to find out they never ordered the item. At this point we were less than 2 weeks away from the wedding. I asked them to rush order it, which they did. They still never called me to let me know the item was in. I went back to the store a day later to find out they ordered a shirt size 16 38/39 – definitely not my size. They had to rush order another shirt so I could get my shirt and tuxedo altered. The correct shirt finally came in on my 3rd visit to the store. At this point the store was unsure my alterations would be complete by the wedding. This is after almost 3 weeks of waiting around for my items to come in. They said they would rush the alterations and I received my tuxedo (and rentals) the day before the wedding. I still hadn’t received a phone call about my items – I had to call in and ask every time I wanted to know if anything had arrived or was ready. At this point the alterations looked awful. The jacket itself was passable, but the pants looked terrible – not at all what I asked for. I told the tailor at the store and he told me to return later on to have it fixed. I wore the tuxedo the day of the wedding and found out the shirt I purchased would not hold the studs (they would fall out) of the same brand purchased at the same store. The tuxedo itself lost the top button the first time I put it on. I also found out the day of the wedding that they did not include a pocket square along with my other rental items (something the Groom was definitely not too pleased about). I called in to ask them to fix the alterations and they told me to come back into the store. I drove back to the store that day to have the manager tell me that their tailor was not in. At this point I am already at 6 visits to a store 20 minutes from my home. I still haven’t had my tuxedo fixed and have no idea when anything will be fixed. Read moreI went in to do measurements for a suit I’ll be wearing in a wedding I’m in (and possibly looking to buy a suit for my own wedding coming up). When trying on the clothes they had there to get a estimate of my size, my fiancée and I emphasized concern multiple times about how baggy the pants were. The gentlemen (let’s call him Gentlemen A) helping me out told me “not to worry about it and that it won’t be like that when it comes in”. Also if they are they have “same day adjustments they will do” and it won’t be a problem. When stating this another gentlemen (let’s call him gentlemen B) standing right next to him at the time confirmed this. The ETA of my suit coming in was 2 days before the event (which was out of town) so I was already uneasy about it.
Fast forward about a week and I’m happily surprised that my suit came in early and I would be able to go pick it up about a week before the date. I show up and just as expected my suit pants are way too baggy. I’m not concerned though because we’re ahead of the ETA and what gentlemen A told me earlier. When explaining my concerns and the necessary adjustments needed I was greeted by Gentlemen B, but now he is telling me “that gentlemen A misinformed me” and that it wasn’t the case anymore. He asked me where my event was and told me “I have two options” going forward (both options I had to go out of town and drive out of my way to get the pants). I understand mess ups and typically don’t care about it as long as it’s communicated respectfully. This communication was definitely subpar at best.
Now I will say a woman (I believe her name is Dani) started taking over at that point after the other gentlemen B and I went back and forth. She was very helpful and I could tell was trying to help me with multiple different options that the other guy didn’t care to bring up. I appreciated her and is the only reason I didn’t rate this worse.

Read moreIn short, I'd give this store way more than 5 stars and especially my man Christian. I have never been one to write reviews but this experience was special. Now let me tell you why:
Packing for a business trip and found I had misplaced one of my suits, and ended up walking into this store, ONLY 35 HOURS BEFORE MY FLIGHT (was on a 5 am flight on Thursday & came in Tuesday evening), thinking I'd have no other option than to pick something off the rack for the sake of time. Oh boy was I wrong.. Christian came to the rescue and simply would not let that happen. I have never received customer service ANYWHERE quite like what Christian showed that day. The conversation through the whole process was genuine and could tell that man really cares and is passionate about his work.
After finding the suit I loved, I could not find my size.. Funny enough, Christian checked the suit on the mannequin and both the jacket & pants we're exactly the size I needed. He quickly pulled that thing off the mannequin, fitted me up & him and the team got me measured and out the door within minutes. Leaving basically the next day & living in downtown FORT WORTH, I thought no way this suit would get turned around in less than 24 hours & nor would I have enough time to get back to Dallas.. & was I wrong. Not only did they turn the suit around but, out of the kindness in his heart, Christian HAND DELIVERED that suit to me near my home in Fort Worth after his shift Wednesday because I was in no way able to make it back to Dallas before my flight out. Talk about Customer Service... Christian is the freaking MAN!!! I will 100% be back to this store & recommend this store...
