She told me the my backpack voided warranty because it had custom monogram made by patagonia and shipped from patagonia. My company bought it as a group sale as a gift for our department. I left and called my manager and they were pretty upset since Patagonia should be upholding their Ironclad Guarantee, if not we wouldn't have bought from a reputable company.
Sad since we have matching vests we have purchased from patagonia too. Im pretty sure it was this assistance who didnt know the policy as I called the Patagonia number and they said they were wrong.

I went in looking to replace my nano puff jacket I wore only 2-3 times before tearing it… I didn’t see the same color (sequoia red) in stock. He told me about the warranty and options that were offered. I was surprised how willing he was to help and not try to sell me on another jacket. I will be back with the jacket and claim the warranty but not just that I will also purchase and add more Patagonia to my closet!
