Bought a beautiful necklace here yesterday. I also tried on some earrings and stupidly forgot to put my own earrings back in and left them at the store around 5:30 pm yesterday. I figured somebody probably took them but when I called Destiny and Daniella this morning they found them for me! I was stuck at work far away so I arranged for an Uber package delivery to get it to me and the girls were outside on the sidewalk waiting for the Uber for the handoff. The Uber ended up canceling and I had to head over really quick before heading back to the airport but I was blown away by their customer service. I’ve been to the Chicago location and absolutely loved it and the customer service was phenomenal. I cannot say the same for the Dallas location. Tonight was my first time here and the young white girl working was very rude and belittling. I was checking out with the Hispanic girl and had my jewelry picked out and was ready to pay when the white girl walked up and interrupted us. She than began to talk to me as if I was stupid. I told her multiple times I already had the correct ring and size I wanted and was just checking out. She refused to let me proceed and kept badgering me. Received a pair of earrings as a gift. The second I put in the earrings my ears turned red and burned INSTANTLY! Tried to take them back to the store in Dallas (I’m not local) and they refused to return the earrings or even issue a credit. Didn’t even offer any alternatives other than “contact the online customer service” My sister (who’s a teacher & bought the gift early when she had a little extra $)who bought the earrings for me reached out online and wasn’t given any alternatives or offered store credit either.
