Many of her pieces at her stand alone store seemed ungodly overpriced considering the quality. Lots of pulling threads on items still on the shelves, pilling fabrics and none of her items have instructions for laundering. High price tags should reflect high quality materials as well as come with special launder instructions. Many if not most of Nicole’s pieces look identical to the cotton polyester shirts that you’d find in bulk for branding. One of these shirts in her boutique will run you at about $150 bucks while you can get the exact same shirt in bulk for around 15-20 bucks online. I’m highly disappointed with this because it’s price gouging and seems quite dishonest towards the consumer. Many pieces seem to come from elsewhere and the only difference is an NKC tag. The grand opening at the mall location had beautiful unique pieces that more so aligned with prices you’d expect to see in a designer boutique. The stand alone store is highly disappointing bordering offensive when you see what she’s asking for fast fashion pieces of low quality material and basic styles. The items simply do not match...

I don’t usually leave reviews, I simply don’t return if I’m unhappy with a purchase. However, I HAVE to return to this store because they offer zero return policy, only exchange. For which I am not bothered. The issue is the quality for price. I purchased a pair of sandals ($260) and they had a very strong chemical smell. I aired them out, the smell remained. I own many shoes at this price point and none of them have this smell. While browsing for exchange items, I noticed most of the clothing in this store is made of 100% polyester or a blend of it. That is something I would expect to find at Zara for a fraction of the price, not at a boutique owned by a designer. I feel duped and forced to buy low quality items that I would not normally purchase at all, let alone at this...

Absolutely horrible experience. I was shopping with my husband for a dress for a special event. Once we walked in the store, we were greeted by a sales woman. She quickly said how cute the dress would look on me especially with my baby bump. I am NOT pregnant. It was absolutely humiliating. Especially when she started to laugh in my face. No one from the store tried to comfort us or apologize. Absolutely disgusting establishment. Supposed to be supporting women to dress and empower themselves, but instead body shame them. Will obviously never be returning. Would not recommend unless you are...
