I never thought I would say this but I'm falling out of love with Starbucks. Starbucks it's not me it's you. The quality of their drinks has definitely decreased. Recently we have had to have drinks remade and honestly it's not just one location. Baristas are becoming more rude and having attitude issues. This is a recent change as most of my Starbucks visits no matter which location used to be a great experience. Barristas were always friendly and helpful and made the drinks the correct way now it's like you're doing them a favor by going in and giving them business. On this visit drinks had to be remade because the milk that they used actually went bad and when they edited to the drink was just clumps of milk. When brought to the attention to the barista I actually got into a verbal confrontation staying well it's a new box of milk there's nothing wrong with it and refuse to even acknowledge the clumps that were quite large. When asked to remake the drink she tried using the same milk again and actually got into an argument of course once she opened up a second box of milk we did not have that problem with the drink and it was made normally although the flavor still just wasn't quite right. On top of this the Starbucks app has been having issues no matter whose phone or whose account we use although this isn't the fault of the location it's just an overall state of the whole franchise and it finds us looking for alternative options...

I went today to grab a spicy falafel pocket. When I got home and I took one bite, I noticed it was chicken and not the falafel pocket. I’m a vegetarian(since I was born). I reached out to the store, and they said ‘ok we can’t do anything. You can come back and we can make the falafel pocket for you’ .. They even said, ‘ok there’s nothing I can do, come back before 9 if you want it’ I asked to be xferred To a supervisor and it was the same answer. No sorry, or anything. And no I cant drive back 10 minutes to get my falafel pocket back which was YOUR mistake. Very disappointing situation, bad customer service.Do better Starbucks!! We all make mistakes, but this is totally unacceptable! Also, learn to own up to your own mistakes and take...
