I entered Lou Scalia’s Awards looking to upgrade a memorial picture for Trooper Donald Jennings who was killed in the Line of Duty in 1995.

I met Rob at the front desk who immediately offered to help me. Rob was great! He guided me in what to do and showed me some options to make the memorial picture into a memorial frame with an inscription.

The finished frame looked incredible and brought honor to the memorial of Trooper Jennings. It is now on the wall at the police station and everyone that walks by it, comments on how nice it looks.

Thank you Rob for all your help!

The best customer service I have ever received from any engraver/jeweler in Broward County. I'm notoriously particular, and all of my standards were met AND exceeded! The storefront is beautifully clean, and every item in store is kept in pristine condition, down to the last bowling ball. What a WONDERFUL experience! I came in requesting a Christmas ornament engraving that I needed within 48 hours, and was serviced in UNDER 20 minutes MAX. Granted it was a "smaller" task, but it meant the most as the ornament is a gift for a friend whose mother passed earlier this year. I can't see myself going to...
