This is the most terrible most worst gift shop I have ever been too....took my wife and two little girls there and I had me a plain grey hoodie with a simple decal made on it and I picked out a plushy doll and shark toy for my kids when we checked out they charged me 125$ for 3 things witch is high way robbery but what really done it was when opon leaving we notice our 3 year old little girl lost her shark toy while in the store and we walked around the store and looked to see if we can find it but didn't see it any where and we were the only ones shopping in the store at the time also so we informed the man and the Indian lady that she lost her 8 dollar shark toy while we was still inside the store and the lady walked around the store and looked for herself but couldn't see it no where either so she asked if we could look in our stroller to see if if was in there we emptied the stroller and our bag right in front of her and they still wanted to act like it was not there problem so basically I payed for a damn shark and never got it and I had to buy my daughter something else to make her feel better about losing her toy so please if u are considering going here just don't it's not worth your time or money go around the boardwalk to Michael's on the beach they are wonderful people and great prices !!!!!! And oh yea my plush doll has a rip on his leg so they ripped me...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Please stay away. They are corrupt, rude, and beyond mean. From the start, walking in you are being followed and pushed to buy one of their custom shirts. My gut said I shouldn't and thank goodness I didn't

My family and I proceeded to walk around and pick some small items like turtles, sticker, containers for sand, and similar small priced items. Reasonably so I estimated the total and when we paid, she said it was around $100. When I asked why the women working there rudely pulled the receipt and begrudgingly went through it. When we pointed out an item priced at $5 that they charged us $20 for, they pulled the tag and said it was wrong. So, given the receipt wasn't signed, we asked for a refund.

She said that she couldn't, but we hadn't even signed the receipt yet. Instead she gave us store credit. Having worked in retail, is know she could have canceled the transaction because we hadnt signed off on our purchase. This is so corrupt and wrong . Not only that but for us to give us at least store credit, she yelled and pointed in our faces this entire time.

All that to say DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE. Please go somewhere else. I am someone who loves to support small buisness in places I'm visiting but this was an awful experience I had to share for the sake of others avoiding what we unfortunately experienced. Hope this...

This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The employees, including the owner or Manager have the worse attitudes I have EVER experienced in my entire life in a retail situation.

They treat their customers like garbage!! They KNOWINGLY sell you things without telling you. Just like the lady in the review below with the zipper. They expect you to read signs that they have in the cielings above the register 🙄 sure, they know they’re there because they work there; but if you’ve never been in there before, you would never know they were even there. Which is what happened to me. Then they get upset you missed it 😠

We bought a long sleeve cotton tshirt which had print on the sleeves and front which as I found out later was $10 more. But god forbid the idiot (dark skin girl) could say anything. You are expected to look up at the sign on the cieling 😒 then when you try telling her and her not so nice boss of their awful business practice they will 1. Give you MAJOR attitude, then 2. Kick you out- AFTER you have spent money there! The nerve. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, there are many other cute stores who would love to kindly sell you things. These morons have a HUGE chip on their shoulders. I guess I would to if I had to work on the weekends when the rest are enjoying...
