today I did a DoorDash order at this store, I knew it would be hard to find the items on my order so I immediately went to the front asking for assistance The guy working at the front pointed me towards the back where my items would be found, Which is fine, but I knew the items I had would be complicated so of course I get back there and they donāt have the items Iām looking for. I go to a different store associate asking if they can send somebody to help me And they pointed me back in the direction of that Same guy From the front of the store, who is now walking towards the back area. So I once again go up and ask him can you please help me find these items? I canāt find them and he Still only points me in the direction of the things and says theyāll be down the aisle and completely dismisses me. How am I supposed to receive REAL help from this location If the store associates just dismiss you? When I told the cashier at the front about this, she just apologized, which I appreciate the apology but now Iām not certain that Iām gonna get the help I need when I do have an order there. Are store associates not supposed to help Doordashers? Are store associates supposed to just dismiss the customers instead of looking to see if the item they want is in stock? The cashier at the front pulled out her tablet immediately And within two seconds was able to locate the item and see that it was out of stock. Went to the golf department to ask about the warranty and if there was no warranty if I could get shaft replaced.. The golf pro ( very tall older man, would normally say gentleman, but he was far from one) proceeded to tell us there was now way we bought club there since they have not sold Cobra brand in many years and Cobra wouldnāt warranty it anyway. Now, there is only one Dickās in the area, so we know it was bought there only 8 months ago. Really trying to discredit us!! I then asked about having shaft replaced, he proceeded to tell me to go on a web site and find a shaft I wanted and fix the club myself. After this he asked if we had something to say, I said yes, you are not very helpful. He then went back to not caring this club and we didnāt buy it there so why should he help us. We then proceeded to front to check if we bought it there, this was suggested by golf pro... they can only go back 60 days to check purchases. Then Manager came,. So the golf pro proceeded to make us out as scam artists and would not let us say a word as he over talked us. This is where we just left the store. So, we went to exchange the large for an extra large and while we were there, I was admiring the women's Under Armour apparel, when my son says, "Pick something out for yourself.' And I was like, "Are you serious?" Yes, he was really serious!! He then says,"Pick out 2 things!" I'm looking at him all dumbfounded because Christmas is over and so is my birthday! Let me just say that now my boyfriend and I have matching Under Armour sweatsuits. Freaking awesome! I Love Dick's! Their clothing is awesome! Nicely set up so it's easy to admire as well. Also, big variety of different brands, such as Under Armour, Reebok, Nike and many more! The people who work there are very nice and super helpful as well.
