The level of expertise at this store is excellent! From the moment I walked through the door, I instantly felt comfortable! There were no high pressure selling techniques and I was treated very respectfully. I was greeted by Charlie and he asked me what brought me to the store. I told him I wished to upgrade my speakers. He asked what I presently had thinking he would help guide me to an upgraded speaker. I appreciated his thoughtfulness but told him I really wanted the new Klipsch AK-7's but I hadn't been able to hear them yet. Unfortunately, Charlie did not have a pair in store for me to listen to, but he did have the flagship Jubilee speakers which are close to the sound of the AK-7's just a step above them. Although I loved the sound of the Jubilee speakers, my heart was set on the AK-7'S. Charlie ordered them from the factory and they arrived at his store very promptly within a week of order. Delivery and set up were arranged and within 10 days of ordering I am now in music heaven enjoying my AK-7's. I was thoroughly informed on the bare minimum needed to enjoy my speakers. Charlie took the time to educate me on all possible upgrades I could do in the future, which would enhance my present listening experience. This was all done without pressuring me to buy them. I have been dealing with stereotypes for the last 20 years. Charlie and his guys are the best in the business. The know more about quality electronics than anyone I know. They have never tried to up sell me anything and have helped get the best system for my needs.
