Worse service ever. I’ve been here twice this week and was unable to purchase my items. Same girl there both times. 1st time, the girl tells me I can’t take pictures, I can’t do anything to try and show the person I’m buying this for, what the product looks like. That’s their store policy, okay, fine. I go back today, she’s ringing up a customer, guess who was in the back snapping photos?! I was!!! What store policy? Maybe she couldn’t enforce it because she was the only one there and she was busy. I feel like the first time I visited, she could’ve accommodated me and just let me take the picture, no one was in the store other than me. Tonight however, when I finally decide what I want to purchase, I go to check out. She opens the product, shows it to me, does her job, I’m like great, this is the one I want. She goes, okay I’m unable to take card. At this point I’m frustrated as hell, like damn, what can this place do? Other than overcharge people for adult toys that people can make at home???? I’m like, well why can’t yall take cards, she’s like the machine keeps declining them. She didn’t try my card, she didn’t attempt to swipe it, she didn’t attempt to type the numbers in, to me: this girl is a whole ass idiot. I will not shop at Xmart again. This is the worst and poorest adult store I’ve ever been in && IVE BEEN IN A LOT!. The location sucks and again the selection is mediocre and over priced. Please xmart on ISB hire a better associate who knows when and where to make accommodations for customers to ensure a sale (because I could’ve purchased my item on Tuesday when the card machine was working) and 2. ZERO STARS!!!!! Discrimination, overpriced and rude! First off, to discriminate against a man because he carries a bag or purse is asking for a lawsuit! No I am not comfortable putting my valuables behind the counter for your staff to go through and steal from. The reputation this store has for hiring thieves and pervs proceeds itself. Second off, not only is your selection of products worse then shopping at the Wally World, but EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED and cost TRIPLE what similar stores charge. I guess they have to overcharge locals to keep up with their expensive lease. Must be hard to be the only store on the speedway not getting a facelift and still looking outdated and trashed. Which don't even get me started on how inconvienent the parking lot is to access and find parking being its on a busy road. Who ever designed the layout for this lot must have been under the influence, much like the staff here. Third, I do not appreciate name calling and snickering amongst your under trained employees that look like they rolled out of bed and came to work with a hang over from partying on Sleazebreeze the night before. Your manager is EXTREMELY unprofessional to stand there and make derogatory comments to her staff in front of a consumer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I went to this store to try to help out my friends with an issue they were having in the bedroom. I was unaware of the policy they had about not opening a product. I did however open one product with every intention of purchasing it. Unfortunately I was not givin the option of doing so. The employee that was working there walked by us and insulted us and told us to get out. Yelled at us to get out of the store. I still apologized to the employee and explained I planned on purchasing the item. Plus a few other items. He did not care he told us we would not be purchasing anything from that store EVER, and again screamed at us to get out again. None of the displays worked in this store not one. I WOULD LIKE FOR THE MANAGER TO REACH OUT TO ME SO I COULD EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED AND HOW SAD IT IS THAT THAT EMPLOYEE MADE YOU LOSE A 300.00 SALE LAST NIGHT.
