Spencer's — Local services in Dearborn Heights

My experience at Spencers located at the Westland mall was nothing less than amazing. Not only were the staff very friendly, but also very informative and helpful as well. Shout out to Chelsea and Store supervisor that was in the store for helping me pick out new jewelry for my piercings and also helping me score great deals! I believe I walked out with 7 new great quality jewelry for only $38 and some change! Without them I wouldn’t have known about the deals and would’ve totally forgot about my punch card. Spencer's as a whole has a horrible return policy. Do NOT buy holiday/seasonal items unless you are absolutely certain about them. The gift receipt they give you for said items is pointless. And for the record, you cannot return holiday items AFTER December 6th (per the receipt you get AFTER the purchase is finalized), the same purchase that was made AFTER the Dec 6th deadline! I came in to the store to buy a Christmas sweater and the line was extremely long with only one person doing check out. I was told that the cashier would check to make sure the lights on my sweater would work but when I asked them to do it I got attitude. The cashier checked the lights and they didn't work so I asked for a discount. I was told I could replace it and told no on the discount. I complained again and the cashier offered to change the battery with another one so I said ok and they gave me so much attitude. The cashier didn't offer me the receipt and instead...
