Don’t get me wrong the food was just good but the service was awful dude the guy at the counter had an awful attitude and even THREW the utensils at my boyfriend when he asked. For the price of $16 I didn’t get enough brisket and it was incredibly dry. It was good but could’ve been so much better and definitely not satisfied with the service at all i would not recommend people to come here unless you wanna get food that isn’t worth the expensive price and horrible service. I’m sorry but this made me so mad bruh this was ridiculous. Came in to eat with my wife … there were already angry patrons I should have seen the red flags but proceeded to order anyways cost over 40$ with tip for me and the misses food then sat and waited and listened to the workers curse at each other and use foul language cause they were out of things like it was our fault or something …sat for another 15 mins and then the remaining customer in the lobby’s food was ready and was improperly made no sauce or anything and he stated he had been waiting for over 45 mins so after he got his food and left I asked for a refund cause they hadn’t even started to make our food yet so we were in for another 40+ minute wait on top of the 20-25 we were already there … they then said there were no refunds available and they were sorry for the inconvenience so we left and went to another establishment …. My wife and I went there today. I ordered the Philly bowl with fries and she got the bang bang shrimp with a baked potato. We received our order. The fries were not warm. In fact, the fries were already fried just sitting in baskets on a shelf. No heat light, no warmer, no nothing. I’m pretty sure this is a health code violation. They were cold. My entire bowl was Luke warm if that. The steak was super dry and it looked like it sat out for a while. After seeing the fries sitting out, I really just questioned everything and how long everything was sitting out. My wife’s food was hot and it was really good!
