I went there today. I placed an order online for 6 chocolate chip cookie dough croissants. It was busy, but we were told that it would be about an hour to get our order. The manager was asked how long our order would take, and she gave the hour time frame. Now while we were waiting, a lady came for a scheduled interview, and was turned away and told to come back some other time.

After the hour we went up to the counter and NOTHING.

This is poor management. To turn away a scheduled interview shows that they are willing to waste other people's time and not think much about it. I think that was just as bad as wasting my time, a customer, who waited an hour and the manager didn't even think to come out and show face and apologize. Sorry, I know it was busy, but more should be expected from management!!! She didn't even think to come out and apologize or even offer a discount for the time we wasted. My daughter already posted about it, but from our perspective, we drove 30 minutes to get there, we waited for an hour after placing the order and the manager didnt even think to come out and say somthing. To me that is poor customer service. Will never WASTE my time time...
