Today, I went into the Deerfield location primed to buying a new e-cig kit as mine did not appear to be working. This would have been the 4th one I've purchased. I explained the situation to Chris, and much to his dismay, my coil had never been changed in the several months that I had owned it!! (The other I bought in was indeed broken and would no longer charge). Thanks for checking it out and verifying Chris!! He then took the time and explained to me (who never realized this brand HAD coils!! smh) that there in fact are coils, how to change them, prep them for use, and basically dissasembled the whole e-cig and cleaned it in front of me. He was really kind to this semi-newb and in the end, I only paid for a pack of coils, not a whole new kit. All too often the local shops lag months or years behind these things and try to push older outdated or even obsolete devices but Justin has his finger on the pulse of the vaping industry and knows what's going on. For example, they stock mods like the Vaporesso Gen and all of the Aegis mods from Geekvape. They also have some nice tanks, pods and a nice selection of juice and coils.
You will pay more when shopping locally versus online but it isn't that much more. The prices are very fair for the value that you receive. You get personal assistance when shopping for vape gear and you get it right now when you want...
Read moreI have been coming here for over 5 years, and never had an issue with any of the employees. Everyone was always nice and willing to help if anything went wrong with the products I bought. Unfortunately today, i bought a defective disposable vape, and wanted to see if I could get it switched (did not ask for a refund) but the employee I talked to said there was nothing he could do. That has never happened before, since a lot of times disposable vapes come with factory issues, and every time I would raise my concerns to other employees, they would at least try to offer a solution. I’m not the type of person that likes to complain, but these vapes are not cheap. Not sure if there was change on management and maybe policies on the store are different now, but I’m very disappointed and will not go back to a store that does not value loyalty...
