T.J. Maxx — Local services in Deerfield Beach

I went to the TJ Maxx store on Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL for the first time. I never have written a store review previously but I had to mention this. I found this store to be the most disorganized TJ Maxx store that I have ever been in. Sizes in the clearance section were all mixed together - XS thru XL, and even some men's clothing were all mixed up on the same racks. I couldn't shop in that mess! I mentioned it to a sales associate and she said she comes in at 6 a.m. to organize and in an hour of opening, it is all mixed up again. That is hard to believe that it is the customers base in that particular store that causes all the problems. The Marshall's store, a few stores down in the same complex is very well organized and many of the same customers shop in both stores. I also found that the ladies bathroom was disgusting! I came to shop for some spring wardrobe refreshers. TJ Maxx sells men's women's, juniors, and kids clothes, as well as accessories, toys, snacks, seasonal items, and household goods. Prices are very reasonable and every area has a clearance section so if you something marked down you really can score a deal. On my visit I found the store to be clean and well organized. I am usually not a fan of digging through endless racks but at least these were fairly organized. They had a nice selection of inexpensive purses as well as some cute Easter items. The main downside to this store is usually there is a long wait to check out. They fill the line with a lot of cute inexpensive items that make you want to grab them while you wait. If you are looking for a less expensive alternative to the mall department store this is a good place...

i called FOUR times each time was hung up on and the lady that picked up was very lovely her name is Sharon she transferred me over to a different department in the store and the lady told me she couldn’t hear me and as i was telling her i would go inside she hung up on me mid sentence, ok no problem i call back again, just for Sharon to transfer me again and i guess the lady was unaware i was on the line and she just started going off and talking trash about me and saying “i told her i couldn’t hear her and she should go inside” in a annoyed tone, i told her “well im inside now” and i guess she heard i was on the line and hung up, i was asking about a black juicy couture back pack please train your employees on phone etiquette!!! the next 2 times i called i was...
