I contacted this company to rent a commercial property in Boynton, communication was very poor with their rep Michael Mandel who handled the deal. I waited weeks for him to return my call in which he didn’t. Instead he txted me after I chased him down to tell me they decided to rent to another business. Complete waste of time doing business with this company and their lack of proper communication should be taken into consideration when you are listing with this company . They are controlling who the property owners do business with and a property owner can easily be missing out out a supreme deal. My company was willing to pay a year up front on a 3 year lease. Dealing with this rep you have to understand you are dealing with a young inexperienced man who has a lot to learn about business. Now you’re trying to commit fraud on stuff that is not true , we never damaged your property or dumped on it . My corp is Deco and if you continue to commit defamation of character you will be sued . And yes Michael did not communicate properly. I have all the texts, the last txt he was suppose to get back to me and never did . I had to contact him two weeks later for him to give the information.
