I used to live in Delray Beach and have loved Quiet Storm since it opened. I make it a point to shop there every time I return for a visit. Recently I accidentally shrank a linen shirt in the wash that I loved and had gotten from Quiet Storm. Not only did they try to send it to me in the mail, which took a couple days of calls and texts with staff at the store. All were so friendly and kind about it. Then tragedy struck.. the package was opened at a UPS sorting facility and the shirt was lost/stolen. Now Ashley at the store had to deal with UPS, find out what happened, try to get a refund for her shipping and work on a refund for me. She took care of my refund before the store's needs were met by UPS and was so communicative and helpful. Shipping clothing is not what they usually do and this turned into such a headache and they never complained one bit. I would recommend this store to anyone.
