A+ on customer service and integrity...Oh, also on product. :) They say you don't truly know the integrity of an enterprise until you experience adversity with them. I'm a tall guy with an inseam that goes outside 2 standard deviations (statistics term) of the average male. Finding pants that fit me is always a trial. I tried on a pair of jean that Bolufé distributes by designer Mac Jeans. The longest size they had in stock were a bit too short. Mac did make those jean in my inseam though and together we decided they'd order a pair that was one size longer. I paid up-front for them with a debit card and the wait began. I returned a month later since I hadn't been notified of their arrival. Still not in stock. Two weeks later, I returned again with the receipt in hand for a charge back if they still didn't have them. Sadly, either their wholesaler or the manufacturer themselves were not able to deliver on these jeans. Two employees Michelle and Adeliz were in the store. When they called Kim (the proprietor of the shop) she politely agreed to the charge back. After all, I never received anything to return for a store credit. A refund was clearly in order and the whole staff agreed. The true adversity, however, cropped up because the shop had recently upgraded their Point of Sale (POS) system and this would be the first credit "refund" they'd ever performed on it. Through frequent phone calls to other employees and finally back to the owner, Kim Bolufé, herself, they toiled their way through making sure this customer was happy with the end result. 45 minutes later, I had not only by debit card charge back BUT ALSO an additional gift card for $25. All of these ladies rose to the occasion and worked their hinnies off to insure my happiness and continued loyalty to the store. I told them I'd be back after flying my next rotation as an airline pilot, in 16 days. I just didn't have the time to do shopping then and there. I was packing to leave the next day. Bolufé is filled with outstanding, super-high quality clothes for both men and women. I know I'll be able to find something awesome it these pants place. I will not let a small hiccup like this impact my fledgling loyalty to Ms. Bolufé her shop and their wonderful and kind employees. Thanks for your professionalism and ownership of this...

I had the most amazing experience at Bolufe Botique. Kim, Alexandria and their staff of wardrobe stylists are awesome! At 4 o’clock one day recently I walked into the boutique in Boca looking for a special dress or outfit for a very important dinner at a high-end restaurant that evening. Kim introduced herself and when I told her what I was looking for, in just a couple of seconds, she took into consideration my size and all of my features, including my eye color, and quickly chose a few pieces for me to try on. From there she amazingly pulled together several “looks” from just a few pieces, also using a couple of accessories. I now have a whole new wardrobe consisting of easy-care beautiful items that were moderately priced. As for the outfit that I wore to the special dinner, I walked out of Bolufe with it on feeling fabulous and it was definitely a head-turner! Bolufe Botique is the only place where I’ll shop for clothes from now on. Kim and Alexandria have it all for men and women when it comes to very unique and fabulous styles. My adult daughters, my husband and I were walking down Atlantic Avenue in Delray when my husband walked into Bolufe Boutique. Something must have caught his eye as he was in search of the right outfit to wear at a “Miami Chic” wedding.

Kim Bolufe worked with him and did her magic as she put together a perfect outfit for him including a jacket, shirt and pants.

After his purchase, we were about to exit the shop when my daughters encouraged me to try on some clothes. I typically wear nice conservative clothes, and shy away from anything “different”.

With the encouragement of Kim Bolufe and my family, I reluctantly tried on outfits that, to my surprise, I ended up loving and actually felt good on me. I did not feel like an older person trying to look young, but rather a mature woman in a refreshing appearance. Everything was comfortable.

Kim is so talented and not pushy. In addition to my husband’s purchases, I walked out with two outfits, a belt, necklace and a beautiful dress.
