I didn't realize my 4 year old had hid his tball shirt so well for "safe keeping" until the morning of tball team pictures. With this being first year of tball, first team sport and my first born. You can see where this is headed... As I attempted to be rational, post going full K-9 style search through the whole house for the shirt, I reach out to the organization and his coach. I figure he can't be the only 4 year in the history of the school to have done this and they must have a spare, at least to wear for the picture. Boy was I wrong. (Also, SUPER MOM SHAMED extra points for thinking anyone would ever do such a thing as well. Learned that the hard way when I reached out.) After striking out finding it, with the school and coach. Being left with the encouraging words of "We highly encourage parents to be responsible. We can only suggest that you have him wear a shirt in a coordinating color. We outsource the shirts and do not have extras or a way of having them created." I started calling local companies. I figured it was better than a plain colored shirt, if he's going to stand out.. at least he'll be his favorite number. I thought wrong, everyone told me they didn't have the bandwidth to make shirt in time for his 5:30 pm pictures. Until I got a hold of Lansing Athletics, I asked if I could get a shirt made the same day, without hesitation he replied "Yes". The staff was patient while I work through the creation of the shirt design to be as close as possible to his teams. The tiny ones making a very loud and excited appearance. The pricing was beyond affordable but most of all they were compassionate, understanding and helpful. My son LOVED his jersey. He got to pick his favorite number and he thought he was able to get a special jersey. They took something that was going to make him feel like an outsider and made him feel special and one of a kind. They didn't realize what they did but at a price I could afford, in a couple hours and with no judgement they fixed a problem that a school district and 6 other businesses I called that morning couldn't. With compassion, understanding and kindness.

I do not know the employees or owner personally. However, they treated me as though they were doing a favor for a friend in need. The shirt is reflected of that as well. It's a quality shirt and there's an attention to detail as though it was made...

Very unsatisfied with the customer service of this establishment. The owner Al was very friendly however unfortunately he was not knowledgable enough with their equipment to assist me with creating a logo for a rising local business. He asked that I return in a few hours to have their so called "pro" James assist me with the fairly large order for our automotive crew.

I returned to the store a few hours later as previously discussed to meet James who was mindlessly and quite frankly very slowly unwrapping items to be stocked on shelves. After explaining my needs, showing him a few ideas that I had come up with, and informing him that this was to be a surprise Christmas gift for the owner of the automotive company, James informs me that he is far too busy to assist me and that I would need to return on Monday (in 2 days). Mind you that there was also another employee on duty with James and only one other customer in the store besides myself, who had already stated that they were just browsing when they were asked if they needed assistance.

While writing this review I sat directly across from the store observing James assist a man with a single hat purchase for over 10 minutes. Apparently a $20 hat purchase was far more beneficial for this business than assisting me with a uniform for a crew of mechanics that would each be needing multiple shirts, a hooded sweatshirt, a knit hat, and a fitted hat with screen printing and embroidery and most likely many future orders. Paid over $100 for a single screen print on a $80.00 hoodie I purchased not a CHEAP gilden or Hanes. And I said I wanted my logo to be black white and grey he wrote it down I paid and a week later I go pick it up and not only he’s wearing MY hoodie….. it has highlighter green in the middle, that I didn’t ask for I did not say I wanted that I didn’t purchase that and it’s on a $80.00 hoodie I purchased it’s not a gilden that can get replaced easily and I ask what’s the reason why it’s green and I didn’t ask for that he goes it needed “detail, so I added it!” WHAT!!!!? so you go and just do whatever you want on MY hoodie I purchased I paid you for to do it how I WANT it and you go do it how YOU wanted it to look I’m very upset I want a refund there’s absolutely no reason I didn’t get exactly what I paid for… nomatter how he thought it should look we agreed to how I want it and I paid that should be it but it wasn’t unfortunately and he was wearing it!!! Very unprofessional I don’t want someone to be wearing my new hoodie that’s not cool I paid a lot for it have some respect he literally took it off his back and put it in a bag for me I didn’t even want it at that point I want my refund and a refund for the hoodie I bought that was $80.00 because he took it upon his self to add color I didn’t want I made it clear what I wanted he wrote it down.
