Worst experience ever. They start calling you during the grace period about your payment. Then my TV just went out and they came and gave me a temporary replacement.(9/14/16) ( The TV I was paying for was 50", and the TV they gave me was only 32" ) It took them over 3 months to even give me an update on my TV then an additional 2 months to find me another 50" replacement. They would not call me for updates I had to constantly go up there and call. I'm so glad to be finally done with them. I would not recommend this location or company at all. If I could give them less than one star I would. Fast forward to today, (2/10/17) my TV was suppose to be delivered, of course they couldn't give me an accurate time frame. Lady told me first that the price I was looking at was incorrect she had printed out the wrong stuff, ( sorry she was new) then got to the end to sign and was told only the manager can do that and he is on a zoom meeting that he would call me when he got out of meeting, no phone call so I stopped by but did not go in I just called and was told manager is very busy but would get to me. ( I was sitting in front and I was the manager just scanning tags) I just said ok and hung up phone and left. I will not be using them anymore.
