Worst experience ever. They start calling you during the grace period about your payment. Then my TV just went out and they came and gave me a temporary replacement.(9/14/16) ( The TV I was paying for was 50", and the TV they gave me was only 32" ) It took them over 3 months to even give me an update on my TV then an additional 2 months to find me another 50" replacement. They would not call me for updates I had to constantly go up there and call. I'm so glad to be finally done with them. I would not recommend this location or company at all. If I could give them less than one star I would. Fast forward to today, (2/10/17) my TV was suppose to be delivered, of course they couldn't give me an accurate time frame. They just expect someone to sit in the house all day, while this should have been a priority delivery my boyfriend had to go and pick up the TV. If you can avoid it, I would stay away from...

I have been a customer for over 15 years and went in and was approved for way over what I was trying to purchase. Lady told me first that the price I was looking at was incorrect she had printed out the wrong stuff, ( sorry she was new) then got to the end to sign and was told only the manager can do that and he is on a zoom meeting that he would call me when he got out of meeting, no phone call so I stopped by but did not go in I just called and was told manager is very busy but would get to me. ( I was sitting in front and I was the manager just scanning tags) I just said ok and hung up phone and left. I will not be using them anymore. Awful service ! I understand manager was not in but he needs to get new help because they are not very good with people ! Bad people skills ! Needless to say they lost my business and I have done business with arrons Before in another area and they even called to confirm that ! But I found help elsewhere with another Arrons store in a different location ! Who helped me and they earned my business and I purchased a brand new living room and renting two bedrooms to own ! You should always treat existing customers with respect and the customer is always right !! Rule of thumb !
