THIS REVIEW IS FOR ALTITUDE TICKETS.
Horrible website and ticket purchasing experience. Not only was there a 30% "Convenience Fee" associated with the purchase ($23 fee on an $80 order) but the website had NO information about how to obtain the tickets. The only information given was that the tickets were Flash Seats and there was nothing, anywhere that I could find, telling me what to do next. The only options I had was to put my tickets up for auction as there is a no refund policy. I didn't want to auction/sell my tickets to another person, I just wanted to find out what to do after I bought the tickets. The email confirmation I received said "-Tickets will be delivered electronically. " at the bottom but after contacting customer support I was told that the tickets will be printed out at the box office once I give them my credit card.
Pros Customer Support was able to clear up the issue after calling. I bought tickets. Received an email the day before concert telling me what to do (after I called customer service and afte writing this review).
Cons Extremely bad website design with all sorts of captchas and weird looping links that confused the crap out of me. No information whatsoever on what to do once the tickets are purchased. Email stating I would get the tickets electronically but this is incorrect as clarified by customer support. Read moreZERO stars. This is for Altitude + subscriptions. Despite assurances that my location in Colorado is within their service area, that is not the case. I didn't find that out until after signing up and trying to access streaming content. I tried to cancel immediately during the free access period. I was instructed to cancel the Apple subscription first, which I did. Following their instructions, I tried to cancel the subscription but the Altitude system NEVER sent the OTP to confirm my identity. (OTP certainly worked fine when signing up.) Despite numerous emails asking for cancellation and asking for a refund, the system charged the Apple subscription anyway. The kicker? They still won't refund the subscription price and instructed me to submit through Apple to get the refund. I have done so. I'll see in 48 hours if I'll get my money back from Altitude. ZERO ZERO...
