Ordered and received this Nathan Mackinnon MVP T. The graphics are so faded, blurred & smeared. Nathan's face is barely recognizeable. The colors are smeared with the other colors. It's like the press was running out of ink. The picture of the actual T, has vivid colors. What a rip-off for almost $60. You can see the difference between the actual one I received and the photo of the one advertised. Big difference. UPDATE: Customer service did reach out to me a day later. They told me that ALL of the shirts they have are like the one I received, so a replacement would be just like the initial one I received. I went ahead & actually ordered another one for a friend through NHL Shop. The one I received from them is actually how it should look. The photo provided shows the one I first ordered on top, and the second is from NHL shop. You can clearly see the difference. Altitude Authentics either received a bad batch of poorly done shirts from the distributor or they simply lied to me avoiding the return process. I believe they lied to me to avoid any replacement and return. Not to mention, it was cheaper through NHL Shop. ALTITUDE AUTHENTICS ONLINE IS A SHADY BUSINESS. If you want ANY AVS or NUGGETS GEAR, I WOULD BUY IT DIRECTLY FROM NHL SHOP or NBA SHOP. BUYER...

Two reviews in one: The online experience has the worst customer service and takes longer than any other online ordering I've ever dealt with. It wouldn't let me rate it ZERO stars. Over a week after my order and I don't even have a tracking number. It takes that long to stick 2 hats in a box? I frickin live less than 15 miles from Pepsi Center. For the price of shipping, they could've put my order in a damn Uber. NOT WORTH YOUR TROUBLE OR WAY OVERPRICED SHIPPING! So now adding to my review....I was able to get ahold of someone in the shipping department and he not only was able to overnight my order but apologized profusely and took off the shipping. Feel better about the experience and it was right before playoff time. No, I'm not a bandwagonier, just needed a couple new new Nuggs...

I had an issue where I wanted to change a pre-order I’d placed months prior, there was a minor communication issue with the online customers service, but when I finally managed to talk to someone on the phone they let me know that my change request was processed and everything would be just as I’d asked. (I actually felt a bit silly for not waiting until my item arrived to call them). Since if I’d waited I would’ve seen the request was fulfilled there but the CS rep was super-nice and just apologized for the team not replying to my email to tell me that they’d indeed...
